At Bear Paws Outpost, we take pride in providing high-quality outdoor gear and equipment. To keep our prices competitive and our inventory moving, we adhere to the following policies regarding returns and warranties.

All Sales Are Final

Please choose your gear carefully. All sales are final. Bear Paws Outpost does not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse," change of heart, or items that have been opened and used. Once an item leaves our shop or is shipped, the transaction is considered complete.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

We sell premium equipment from various manufacturers, most of which offer their own limited warranties against defects in materials or workmanship.

No In-House Warranties: Bear Paws Outpost does not provide any express or implied warranties on the Merchandise.

Direct Processing: If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, all warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer.

Support: While we do not process the claims ourselves, we are happy to provide you with a copy of your original receipt or the manufacturer’s contact information to help you get your claim started.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

In the rare event that you receive an item that was damaged or if we shipped the incorrect product:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bearpawsoutpost1@gmail.com.

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.

We will work with you to rectify the error or assist with a carrier insurance claim.

Important Reminder

Check your gear upon arrival. Since all sales are final, ensuring your product is exactly what you ordered the moment it arrives is essential. For any technical issues or performance defects, please refer to the documentation included in the product packaging for manufacturer support.
